Do I upgrade myself, or the whole workspace?

A plan belongs to the workspace. Everyone in it is on the same plan, and the allowances — seats, inboxes, history — are shared across the workspace.

Which seats are paid?

Owners, admins, leads and agents are paid seats: they can reply. Viewers can read but not reply, so they are free, up to the number your plan includes. A live invitation counts as a seat until it is accepted or withdrawn.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no free plan. New workspaces get 21 days of Business — the full suite — free, with no card needed. When the trial ends, sending and new set-up stop; reading and export do not.

Can I add Mimi to any plan?

Mimi is an add-on on Scale and Enterprise, priced per agent seat and billed on the same term as your plan — yearly with a yearly plan, monthly with a monthly one. She is not available on Essential or Business. Every plan works with Mimi switched off, and she is off until an admin turns her on.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

Nothing is deleted to enforce a plan. Anything above the new plan's allowance is frozen — you can still read and export it. Inbound mail keeps arriving, the audit log keeps recording, and owners and admins can always sign in.

What counts as an automated resolution?

A conversation Mimi resolves on her own, within the authority your workspace has given her. Summaries and drafts that a person sends do not count. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; nothing is unlimited.

How am I billed when I add people?

You pay for the paid seats in the workspace. Adding an agent adds a seat; promoting a viewer to agent does the same. Removing a person or withdrawing an invitation releases the seat.

Who do I contract with?

3LI GLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (15759236). Card payments are handled by Stripe; Enterprise can be invoiced.

Where is my data hosted?

In the EU, in Microsoft Azure's North Europe region, for every workspace on every plan. Erasure and export are rights, not features — see the security page.
