MimiDesk

About

Built by a team that lives in it

MimiDesk started as our own answer to a familiar problem — and it still runs our own company every day.

The origin

Born from refusing per-seat maths

A growing team needed one shared view of its customers, and the tools that offered it priced access per head — so giving everyone a seat was treated as extravagance. We thought that was backwards, and built the workspace we wanted to work in.

Conversations rather than tickets, personal mailboxes that stay personal, and intelligence woven in rather than bolted on.

The problem: one shared view of customers, without paying per head for it — stylised illustration.

Proof of use

We feel our own rough edges first

3LI runs its own customer conversations on MimiDesk, every working day. That is not a marketing line — it is why unhelpful screens get fixed fast, and why honesty about what the product does is enforced by our own irritation before yours.

The same workspace, the same Mimi, the same rules — every working day — stylised illustration.

How we build

Honesty is a feature

A control the deployment cannot honour is hidden, never offered broken. Copy never claims what the product does not do — on this website either.

Everyone gets a seat

The product exists because per-seat pricing punishes giving your whole team access. That origin still shapes how we think about plans.

Privacy by structure

Where privacy matters we change the shape of the system, not just the policy — private mailboxes and internal notes are structural, not settings.

Human control of AI

Mimi is a teammate with rules: off by default, audited, and never able to send anything a person did not choose to send.
