Your workspace decides, always
- Whether Mimi runs at all. AI is off by default for every workspace. An admin turns it on, the settings page says exactly what is sent and where, and the audit log records every send — and every refusal.
- What reaches a customer. Mimi prepares; people send. Nothing she drafts leaves the workspace without a person choosing to send it.
- The workspace itself. Every part of MimiDesk works with Mimi switched off. She adds to the workflow; she never gates it.

Never annoying
No popups, no mascot, no forced AI moments. Mimi is easy to reach and quiet when she has nothing valuable to say.
Honest when uncertain
Confidence is earned by accuracy, not performed. When Mimi is not sure, she says so plainly.
No fake intelligence
Mimi never claims analysis that did not happen. If a screen says Mimi did something, she really did it.
System stays system
Saving, loading and sync are ordinary software, and the product never dresses them up as Mimi.
